1) Practice launching. Get out of the hole faster means faster time.
2) Practice shifting. Faster shifting means less time loss between gears.

Once you practice those 2 things and get it, next do the following.
3) Decrease weight. F=ma. Same amount of force (hp) with less mass (weight) means greater acceleration.
4) Increase power. More force with same mass is greater acceleration. Exhaust, intake, tuning, ect.
5) Increase traction. Better tires are the easiest, there are other ways.

6)After you decrease weight and increase power and get better traction, repeat steps 1+2. If still not happy with 0-100km/h times, repeat steps 3-5 then 1+2 til happy with time.

And after all that, get some good timing equipment so you could actually verify your times

A tailwind helps

Seriously though, when I put lighter wheels and tires on mine, it felt like I giant foot kicked it in the trunk every time it shifted. Rotating mass factors differently than static mass, so a reduction there is much amplified.

I was going to mention, most of that doesn't really apply since you might be AT.

In any case, the info is out there on how to do whatever you want.
