If it's 2003 it's a 3.5L, not 3.0.
Unless there was an engine swap.. but who downgrades

 

nope it's as it is, 3.0L and no downgrades.

There's a recently updated thread on advancing the timing using a smartphone app. Apparently it gives a noticeable performance gain.

 

It's the updated version of the VQ30DE called the VQ30DE-K... Essentially it has an updated intake system which gives the engine more power.

I'm not Original owner but I know the Nissan salesman from where it was bought at first. and in our country we have more these 2002 and 2003 year with 3.0 engine. I havent seen anybody selling 3.5 2000-2003 year car in our country, the first cars that somebody sell with 3.5L is with first reg. in 2004 and it has newer body. not anymore like I have
