Rear lense swap

Do I read correctly that a lot of the guys with 2K/2K1 car swapping out their rear lenses for the new 2K2 clear lenses? I think I prefer the darker ones. Which means is I get a new 2K2 in the next two months, I may be up to swapping someone. Nothings for sure yet and I'll solicit feedback then.

Either Sterling Mist or Blue. Black leather, loaded except navi. Was going for the auto but if the 6sp is that much quicker, I might just do it.
