Used ECM install

Hello Gang:
2001 Maxima GLE 3 litre automatic with trac control. Replaced ECU/ECM with a best match from ebay. While waiting for delivery replaced cam sensor and crank sensor. Also new throttle body sensor and idle air valve (IAC). All assembled now and ready for the next step... starting it for the first time. not in possession of OBD II. I need a comprehensive response from a member that has done this before. Will I have to do a idle reset and a key reset? Went through many disappointments up to this point. One note of importance; when dismantle of (IAC) from throttle body anti freeze leaked. It wasn't till sometime after that i found out the line should have been pinched. Will this be a Quick resolve? Good advice welcomed, thank you in advance.

I had 01 GXE and had to take the car to the dealer to program the old key to the new ECU. That is all I did and the car ran great.

Which to do first

Thanks for the response. Did you start the engine prior to having the keys matched and drive the vehicle to the dealership or have it towed? I want to stick to a strict procedure. Just cant afford having another ECU fry up on me. A " procedure " is what I'm after the ECU is installed.
