H&R sport spring drop?

Ok did some measuring today. Is it normal to only get a 1/4" drop in the front and 5/8th drop in the rear after installing h&r sport springs? The package states 1.4" front and 1.3" drop in the rear. Mine was no where close to that. I installed a 1/4" piece of rubber in the rear so the drop wouldn't look so bad.
The part number for the sport springs is right. I just don't get it...... is this normal

Glad the instructions said to measure the car first. Weird thing is that you can't tell I have lowering springs on the car sitting right next to my other stock 03 se. It's almost 3/8th lower in the front than my other one.

If your suspension was worn/blown and all worn out, your car was likely already lowered to some extent. Those numbers are based on a comparison against a fresh stock setup.

Other than that i wouldnt say its normal. I dont know why that would be happening either.

H&Rs will lower it a small bit. Immediately after the install, it looks like it didn't lower, but give it a week and some miles for them to settle in.

my 03 auto had everything replaced last year. So the suspension is new on it. With both cars next to each other they look almost identical
