New Rims for My Max.

So, i'm bored at work and browsing through craigslist, i came across a guy selling some ZEDD SLM rims for like $800. First thought was that i like the design and they would look good on my Maxima, however didn't like the price. Yes, I'm cheap :-). So i sent him an offer of $500 and he took it. I was surprised, didn't think he would. So, they are 19" rims, front is 8.5" and the rear is 9.5". Center Bore is 73.1 and the front offset is 35 and the rear offset is 30. 5X114.3 is the bolt pattern. I'm thinking with some Hub rings they should fit fine. So you think i got a deal for $500? Oh and they are brand new in the box.

Personally I can't stand wheels of that fashion but $500 for a set of new 19's is a steal

Cleaning them won't be too bad. Nothing a rag and some patience can't fix.

i was told just this weekend when i went to get tires for my aftermarket 18's that you must match your measurements of your new setup to stock.
If not your ABS wont work, air bags wont deploy and of course speedo readings will be off.

Not sure if this applies to our cars but he would not sell me the tires size i wanted.

You would need to get 235/35r19 to be close but it'll have hella ricer *** stretch
or a 245/35.

r those fake 3 piece?

UPDATE: So i tired them on the Car and hated them. Sold the set and made a nice profit. :-)
Now tires on my stock rims will need to be replaced soon so i'm looking for another set of rims now.

Doesn't sound that true, upgrade to any different size tire and loose ABS? it most likely would have been discussed a lot more around here if it was true..

sounds like a salesman talking about newer cars and all the wheel/tire sensors new cars put on tires now adays

Have you thought about getting another OEM wheen from another Nissan such as the 04 g35 or something along the lines of that? It would be a good idea to slide some 6th gen front calipers in there once you have the rim to caliper clearance to do so. They bite better from what i read.

G35 coupe rims are great looking and cheap (but still heavy). The best nissan rims are the 350Z Touring v2. They're a little pricier than Gs, but so damn sexy. The Rays track wheels are nice, too, and lighter.

I might have to look into those rims as my summer set. I like the whole OEM but still cool looking swaps, kinda like how non wrx drivers grab old wrx rims for their cars and in most cases it stil looked very good.

What offset will have a bit of a lip in the rim and fit the 02-03?
