Won't start

Won't start
I have a 2001 Maxima That I'm having trouble tracking down why it will not start.
Checked the battery and it's good. Took the starter off and had it tested and it passed. The one thing I did notice was the the internals of the solenoid where the Hot terminal connects is turning in the casing.
So I put the starter back and and it started. Drove it home, turned it off and it started. But now it won't start again.
I tried starting it in neutral but nothing
Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply. I am thinking this also but I'm not sure that they would replace it for free (Said it has a lifetime warranty with receipt) since they tested it and it passed.
I had noticed that lately that I was getting some missed starts.
Thanks again.
EDIT: It was a bad starter.
