5th gen catback fit 4th gen?
I have a 98 max would a 2000 to 2003 cat back fall in place or no....???

No. The body style is different and the pipes are not the same shape.

Walker exhaust systems has a good look up system that will show you this. Go to walkerexhaust.com, select the e-catalog for exhaust systems and then enter in the vehicle info. Use separate tabs on your browser for each car.
