of course they do.

Most cars have and especially the autos, there is no such thing as no limiter really. Every car is governed, the question is where. Some 2k1 5sp people were able to get there car to 150mph so i am not sure about manual but every auto has a limiter

My car does not have a limiter and it's auto, although you are right in a snese, because you say every car hads a limiter, that's true, because even though my car doesn't have speed limiter, the engine will hit redline eventually and limit, so you're right.

That made no sense and you obviously don't know what you are talking about. What do you mean "every car has a speed limiter"? No, many do not because they run out of power way before they would hit a very fast speed, or can go faster than the OEM tire rating.

"Every auto has a limiter?" WTF? You sound like you are talking out of your azz. Now go wipe your mouth off with toilet paper and stop it.

Any other edumacated replies? If you don't know, then don't clutter up the question that was prefaced with the statement: Anyone know for sure, not "guessing"?

149 in theory. The V rating on the tires is good to 149.
