I bought a 2003 maxima se ecu for my car since i think my current ecu is bad. My car is the same model with same ecu part number.

What do i need to bring with me to the dealership? I got the immobilizer and key that came with the ecu i bought, but i couldnt get it to start. Im guessing i shouldve gotten the ignition too but the little shop didnt have the tool to take it off the steering wheel rod.

I plan to swap the ecu at the dealership so i dont have to pay for that fee.

 

You don't need anything except the ECU. And only pay them for 30 mins of labor (literally only takes a minute). They're thieves.

Can also buy a cable and nissan datascan II.
