2001-2002 Maxima Steering Wheels

Just curious, I have a 2001 Nissan Maxima. I really like the 2002-2003 steering wheels, are they compatible? or will it not fit. thanks!

Will the 2002-2003 Steering wheel controls work with a 2000 Maxima? Would I need to replace the stereo and A/C control unit from a 2002-2003 to make those steering wheel controls work?

2000 is its own thing. It didn't have radio controls on the wheel. You'd have to swap over quite a few parts. Radio, clock spring, wiring (or make your own harness) etc.

Yeah, the wiring was the big thing. Not worth the trouble. Thanks.
