Lack of acceleration

I read up that my 01 Maxima Anniversary edition is supposed to have a 0-60 time of about 7 seconds. Im running at 9.5 seconds. What might be slowing it down so much?

Potentially: low compression, clogged cats, clogged air filter, bad knock sensor, bad maf, 87 octane....
