I got it to crank by using a screwdriver. Can it be the wiring between the starter and battery? After it cranked with the screwdriver i was able to crank it with the key for about 10 seconds. I appreciate all the help. I cleaned the two grounds (by the alternator and by the cylinder head)

Thanks DennisMik! When jumping the starter it also made the clank sound... The starter cranked the motor once i used a screwdriver and made contact with the soleniod but it cranked slow. This car has been sitting since Sep.2015 because of this issue... Thanks again to all members who took time to give logical and knowledgeable advice!

Hey Dennis, thanks again i got her running! Only thing now is it idles at 1500-2000 rpm when fully warm... The problem was in the starter wiring coming from the starter to the battery

Oh, well, no one ever listens

Something is still screwy, though, b/c your symptoms are that of a **** solenoid, but swapping a known good starter in didn't work...

Yea your right im going to go through the entire car as much as funds allow replacing many components before i start modifying. Also the precats go bad I'm aiming towards a warpspeed y-pipe, any other options

You can check the IACV by measuring the resistance of the IACV stepper motor windings. See Step #8 on the bottom of page EC-436 of the service manual. Click on the link below:
