IACV issue again

I replaced my IACV over a month ago. The car ran fine afterwards and the code even cleared up. The first time around the Hitachi brand IACV ordered through rockauto did not provide me with a new IACV gasket. I reused the old one and notice that my coolant was slowly disappearing. Thinking that this was the culprit, I changed out the old gasket 2 days ago.

During the disassembly, I made the mistake of not disconnecting the battery and went on to disconnect the IACV electrical connection. The car starts up and now the code shows up again with symptoms of a failed IACV. The engine would idle at 1500rpm and at times when restarting would idle below 500rpm.

This Nissan electronic issue is truly annoying, I plan to remove the intake duct assembly and retrace the steps. I will also remove the ECM again to inspect the inside. Please offer your thoughts on this issue, Thanks.
