evaporator temp sensor
evaporator temp sensor
hi out there does anybody know how to access the a/c evaporator temp sensor on a 2000 maxima ? I believe it is icing up after driving for a few hrs. I turn it off for a while and the air comes thru the ducts again.

It is in the evaporator core box that is inside the car on the firewall behind the glovebox.

Here is another video on how to remove the evaporator core box:
These videos were done on a 4th gen Maxima (95-99). It is almost identical on your 2000 except for the glove box removal.
