Hello everyone,
My 2001 Maxima car seats are in rather bad condition. The leather is torn and basically gone on large parts of the seats. I found leather seats in good condition but they are of a 2002 Infiniti I35. I was wondering if anybody knew, if mechanically, the seats are compatible?

I believe they're the exact same.

 

I have a 2000, and got 03 i35 seats and they bolted right in, passenger plugged right up, but the driver side harness on the seat is different, some wiring needed. But its worth it!

 

Swap leather to old seat frame...keep old wiring and power still that way. Look around the seats and you will see it is removable.

 

Yeah, I thought of that, except the seats are actually a little different, as in the leather is cut in different places. Not sure if it would fit. Either way, I think I finally found some Maxima seats in good condition. Hopefully will pick em up soon.
