What Triggered This!?

Recently got a new problem on the car... Maybe it's related to the temp outside? Car decided it doesn't like running untuned now?

If you go past 4,000 rpm or you drive with medium - heavy throttle the car is very likely to misfire, car almost stalls & you get f8ked up throttle response afterwards for a second or two. Doesn't matter if I turn on/off AC but it's less likely to happen in the evenings and at night.

The CEL is not on but I have a flashing ABS light that won't go away (it turned on the day a co-worker dinged my car and before the problem started)
Heat gauge isn't going into hot
Normal gas mileage
Not low on engine oil

That sounds like a coil is about to give up, before my #6 coil died it would run at light throttle but the moment I gave it more gas it would misfire every time that crank spun. I just forced it to misfire down a long strech of road to give me a code
