Antifreeze in the brake lines?

Could be there a way an antifreeze to get into the break lines (also the clutch)? I found today, the fluid has the greenish color and smells somewhat like coolant would do. Any idea?

The only way it could get in there is by someone putting it there. There are no cooling lines going to or near the reservoirs.

I'm thinking someone tried to help... badly.
