Sound when idling and accelerating at low speeds

A couple of days ago on my 2000 Maxima GLE, I noticed this weird sound which I am not even sure how to describe. It seems to be located near the front passenger wheel, possibly a belt or hose. I have provided a video of the sound (hopefully someone can hear it behind the engine noise).

I guess video didn't upload, so here is a link http://tinypic.com/r/2v0lh7k/9

The belts and pulleys are on that side. Could be a bad bearing in one of the accessories, possibly the idler pulley. See if the noise changes when cycling the A/C compressor.

Thanks for your help.

The sound got worse and I have been quoted $700 for an A/C compressor replacement. A/C still works and I am not keen on paying $700 to get rid of the sound. Hopefully it will still work until end of summer while I try to find cheaper options. Possible DIY?
