Blacking out headlight housing

So I want to spray paint the silver in my headlight housing but to do so I need to disassemble my headlight and remove all the bulbs and wires. Has anyone else done this? What's the best/proper route to go to take everything apart so that I can bake my headlight safely? ALSO while I have my headlight apart is there a way to deoxidize it from the inside as well to get a nice clear lens? Thanks

search study, and search some more, there is a how to on how to remove the orange turn signals, you can use that on how to take apart and bake, and painting is up to you, and there are plenty of threads on how to clean up oxidized lenses on our lenses and all cars general. search....

these cars are 15 years old, there is plenty of info, just need to search here.

Deoxy use toothpaste, there's YouTube Vids on it, and might have to do the oven method for taking the lenses off of headlights, again you can find everything online, GTS
