How does this spark plug look?

02 Maxima. First time messing with spark plugs, only have had this car about 6 months, just took a couple of the spark plugs out to see how they looked. Both of them were gapped at 0.40, I know they are spose to be 0.44. But based on the pics, how does the condition of them look? Should I go ahead and change them anyways? Been delaying this because I dread having to take the intake off in order to change out the rear ones.

Taking the intake off is not a big deal really. I did it and if I could do it then I believe anyone can. There was a detailed page on here showing you how to do it that I followed. Oh and your spark plug looks normal to me. Maybe I'm wrong.

Your spark plugs look good. This implies that your engine should be also fine. Watch the oil level and consumption.
I would still replace the spark plugs, as you are at it anyway. The new ones should last another 50K miles or so.
