Air blows only through vents

Air blows only through vents

My 5th Gen Maxima, 2000, is only blowing air through the top vents. I can't figure out why. If I switch to floor or defrost nothing happens. Any suggestions on where I should start troubleshooting?

Try the resistor

I have replaced the resistor and the blower motor.
