Half of Instrument Cluster Lights won't turn on

So I just recently got a 20th anniversary edition cluster as my old one's speedometer wouldn't work. Yesterday at night all the lights on it worked, but tonight the right half of it is not illumiated while the other half is. The CEL along with the other indicators still work though even while being on the right side. Could it just be the bulbs, seems really unlikely that half would all just go out. Any idea's?

Thanks

There are only 3 bulbs used for for background lighting, one on each side and one in the middle. Having one burned out bulb is a real possibility.

The warning lights use a brown socket while the general lighting uses black sockets. The background light is right above the oil warning light.
