I have a 2000 nissan maxima and i need help trying to figure out what sensor this is

This is like that picture game where you get a small piece and have to guess the whole picture. Haha. I love this. I see what looks like a radiator hose. It seems to be coming off your outlet pipe. I'm going to guess coolant temperature sensor.
With more information or a picture to put a location on it, I think you could get a definitive answer.

The engine coolant temperature sensor has 2 wires going to it and is located about an inch behind the gauge sensor.

One is the "Sender" and one is the "Sensor"
