Damn Tranny!!!!

After weeks of hassling my dealer about my tranny problems, they agree to replace the TCM and solenoid assembly. They needed 3 days to replace the parts. I figure I'll keep the car a little bit longer as there are no other problems, but guess what? I'm driving my POS around and notice from a dead stop, the car hesitates then bangs hard into first gear. The rpm's jump up in 2nd gear, all by itself? Can anyone tell me what's going on?

My 2000SE just started doin the same thing. Was your's in the VIN# list in TSB for the TCM? (Way too many acronyms) Dealer here stands firm on that not being the problem(.....gonna go to another dealer)

Good luck with your PsycoTranny....

CISCO you need to "BACK THAT MAXIMA UP" to the dealer. Tell him that maybe what happened to you, is normal in Honda's,,,but not in Maximas
