P0305 and P0300 codes?

Hey all
So I've been noticing that when I first start the car the car goes into an erratic misfire. First cold morning I didn't notice any codes. Second cold morning I noticed that the CEL was blinking while the car was misidling. The codes that came up were P300-Random misfire and P0305 -Cylinder # 5.
I'm assuming that P0300 comes up when multiple cylinders misfire but in this case it says #5 is misfiring so P0300 also attaches itself to any other cylinder even if its only 1 misfiring?? So the issue is just 5 here?

Also the strange thing is that 2 minutes into warmup the car misfire goes away the engine purrs quietly. Anyone what the usual cause here is when the misfire goes away after a while?

Swap the coil with another to see if misfire follows (rules out coil). Change plugs. More troubleshooting if neither are the problem.
