Hood vibration solution

So when I'm up on the highway I noticed some vibrations.
how about custom hold downs as on the Shelby? Kev sold his Maxima so I assume the parts list ended then?
He's probably lost on the Mitsubishi forum .
Has anyone just drilled holes in the hood and bolted it down with racing hood latches?

Headlight packing-rim on top of the headlights make a big difference, most people don't have them because that part came out after car was made.
