I know a guy that recently purchased a y-pipe. I will most likely purchase my 2nd one from them in a few weeks.

I bought a Y-pipe from them back in 2005 and was impressed with the quality.
Obviously that wasn't "recently".

Back when I bought mine several years back, they did 3rd, 4th and 5th gens. Check their website to see if they added any newer models.

The main cat has to heat up before it does its job. The pre-cats are used for the first minute or so after the engine has been started. So tail pipe emissions could be out of range for that first minute without pre-cats.

If you go with those stainless steel EM' s I'd wrap them in exhaust wrap! The heat could damage the fan motor not to mention just bake the whole area.

I went with Hotshot brand in 2006 but they're not in business any more. Too bad because they were really well made and ceramic coated. Over 10 years and 100,000 miles since then and they still look new.

Damn. Yea seems a lot of header companies go under or stop making them for these cars. Only ones I can find currently are the OBX.Even those weren't on the actual website, but a performance website.Various threads on install issues and what not, I would rather pay a little more ,but can't seem to find Cattmans either.

Cattman went out of business years ago.

It's a very small market of people who want to modify a family sedan.

$59.99 person on ebay. They only had the one pair. And you may need to weld bungs to get this setup to work.
Never used .100% 304 SS ,including flanges.

may not flow as good as cattman but his lasting quality is absolute junk.I keep cars for a long time .
I have bought cattman b-pipe rotted right off my car. i see the same with the headers . He cheaped out on material to make more money.I wouldn't buy those for $250 new.
