What are the chance of this replacing the servo/A.C. pipe bracket?

The servo pipe is 10mm and the a.c. pipe is 8mm

I wouldn't bother. Just slip a small length of hose over each one and zip-tie them.
They're not going anywhere.

I guess ya could cut different size rubber hose lengthwise and slip it over the pipe to get the O.D. similar too or zip tie it.
I've seen zip ties with clips attached.
This hole I think 8mm.
These type zip ties are all through these Nissan cars. So good point!

the larger hole is just a bit smaller than 10mm.
I believe this would be perfect if you could machine the larger hole out a bit.

You're overthinking this. Any scrap hose will do. slit it lengthwise and if it's too big cut a strip out. Zip it to the nearest solid pipe or bracket.

Thanks for the idea, never thought of doing that

No problem. I do that anytime I have to zip-tie a hard line to something. It gives it something to compress into so it doesn't get loose rattle around. I also do that anywhere I think a hose, pipe or harness is going to rub even if I don't secure it to anything else.
