Interior Bulb Guide on '02

No definitive guide I could find on the interior bulbs except for this

https://www.osram-americas.com/en-us...l=2600&make=81

So I decided to test and play and research. Here's what fits

Vanity Mirrors:6614F-they will have different ref numbers.Make sure it is no bigger than 30mm

Door Puddle Lights:194

Middle Courtesy Lights(where sunglass pocket is at):BA9S
Amazon Amazon

Glove Box Light:74
Amazon Amazon

Rear Dome Light:d E 3175
Amazon Amazon

Trunk Light:194
Amazon Amazon

License Plate Lights:194

Also wanted to note that the 194's fit into the reverse lights as the actual connection size is the same, just the original bulb(Bulb 921) is significantly bigger. Which is fine, because even the little 194 led is much brighter.

Remember ,you pay what you get for. I have bought those 10-20 backs of leds cheap, and those are flicker queens .
The links above I am happy with even though its a little more.

Hope this helps

This is a great list.

However, I have 3 comments.

1) the link for the door "puddle lights" (proper name is step lamps) is incorrect. The ones in the link would fit the vanity mirrors in the sun visors. However, most people find that those 3 segment lamps are too bright and blind you. Use 1 segment lamps.

2) the link to the dome lamp is for lamps used in the instrument cluster.

3) the trunk light is a type 167 lamp (as you stated) but the link is to a festoon lamp, similar to the dome lamp. The one in the link would fit in the dome lamp, but it is the canbus type. Our cars are older and do not use canbus. I think they would still work, it's just that they are double the price.

Do they make any halogen bulbs anymore? Cause I need a new glove box light, but don't want a white LED since everything else is halogen.

I don't know what was going on either, but I was getting different lamps for the stated purpose. Today the links match the labels.

Yes. The numbers are the same for both LED and Old School bulbs usually.
