Is it possible the intake manifold collector is allowing air in somehow?
Is it common for these to crack or leak after so many years?
I did pull the TB and re-sealed that and the egr block off plate and still this hissing noise. I grabbed a mechanics stethescope from HF a while back and thought it was the egr block off plate seal but i cant seam to pin point this that way.

Use the brake parts cleaner trick. If you spray it on an intake leak you'll notice a change in the RPM right away.

What i did Was
Removed the intake piece that attaches to the radiator support
Then started the engine and covered the hole before the filter and the car didnt stall.
Also tried starting the car without the air cleaner box and car wouldnt start.
