Happy Memorial Day to everyone. I was catching up on email and saw a notification there were some new posts in this thread. My 2001 Maxima now has 205,XXX miles and runs well. For the last eight months it has been sitting more due to the purchase of a Honda Pilot. I still browse the forum once in a while and will be doing some research on a "thump" the Max has developed after sitting for weeks. Like a lot of you this car was my daily driver and I am not ready to see it go to someone else.
