Yes, 2001 Pathfinder, but you will need an adapter plate.

where can I buy the adapter plate at?
do I need a tune to run that throttle body?

if u r gonna do an adapter plate maybe look into nwp performance throttle body for 5.5 gen, can't recall if any 5th gen guys tried it, maybe ask NWP if its possible.
