2001 nissan maxima glen 3.0 cranks but won't start

I have an 01 maxima gle that cranks all day but won't start. It randomly started cranking for a while before it would fire. Now it won't fire.
I have spark, fuel, batt is good, I rebuilt the starter, I have replaced the cam shaft sensor and both crank sensors still won't start.
It threw 5 codes, the codes are-
p0110- Intake air temp circuit (thrown twice)
p0100-mass air volume air circuit (thrown twice)
p0335-crankshaft position sensor A circuit
Anyone have any advice-ideas? Running out of money and patience. Could the pigtail for crankshaft pos. Sensor be bad?

It is possible that the MAF could somehow be at fault. To test this, unplug the wires from the MAF and the engine should start.

Another possibility is that the NATS security system could have been triggered. If it has, the red led in with the clock will be lit up while you are trying to start the engine.

But if you have the crankshaft sensor code P0355, correct this first. This sensor provides the timing pulses to the ECU so it knows when to fire the spark plugs and fuel injectors.

The CPS sensor tests good with multi meter. The Nats is good (no red light while cranking) I have fuel spark and a rebuilt starter. Neutral safety switch is good. All fuses are good and all codes have been corrected... I have no idea what is causing the no start condition. I don't kno where go from here

Since last post I have been able to start. It takes a lot of cranking and throttle modulation to start but runs. When holding the throttle while running at 2000 rpm the rpm drops to about 1500 to 1700 rpm then climbs back up to 2000 rapidly. Idels rough but drives fine. Almost like a misfire. Now the codes I get are
p0100 MAF
p0110 intake air temp
p0154 oxygen sensor bank 2 sensor 1
Could the p154 be causing the miss and the hard start? I just want it to start easily. I can live with rough idle
also could the throttle body be causing the hard start issue(since it won't start without giving it gass)

I tested the CPS with multi meter and found the new one was bad, put the original one back in and it worked

a lot of those crank sensors are Chinese, either way i should check mine too. i replaced all 3 with no luck and i even spent the money on OEM. does FSM state the require Resistance/ohms? or does anyone know of the top of their head?

For CPS, buy hitachi or OEM only.
