can the SLIP, ABS, TCS go off for anything other than the alternator?

 

fixed a bunch of grounds today but, all 3 lights are still it. the battery seems to crank fine and running voltage is 14v also i know the alt works because the lights only came on after i let it sit for a month and jumped it and charged fine.

 

looks like a code p1211, will have to see if i can find any info on those code. it says it's a TCS code. only popped after sitting with a dead battery for a few weeks

EDIT: Right Rear ABS sensor is "Open"

 

hopefully just a dirty abs sensor.
