Unkown starting problem

I put a motor in a 2000 five-speed. I went to start it and it won't catch. I checked the cranks sensors and pulled the hose off the front fuel rail turned the switch and gas shoots out. It reacts to starter spray like it's going to start, but nothing.

Did that already. I pulled the motor from a running car that I drove myself. But I swapped some out from a car with no codes.

Nissan security/anti-theft .... ?
(It will shut off the fuel injectors when it doesn't like your key).

Then it should run fine on spray, so that's not the problem.
