Dying after driving 5 miles

I was driving and all the sudden out of no where car started to miss real bad put it in neutral and it died. It wouldn't start back up so I had to leave it on the side of the road for about an hour come back and it starts up but only made it about 5 miles and it did the same thing. If you let it sit for 30 min or so it will crank up but take off and go a few miles and it dies! Anyone have any ideas. Has a new MAF sensor. I checked fuel pump its sending gas up to the fiel rail. And I did throw a running lean code but when I tried it on the computer a little later that code was gone and just showing cam shaft pos, sensor code

Replace both cam sensors and crank (just to be done with it) with HITACHIs.

Are the cam shaft sensors the same or is one different?
