Marvel Mystery Oil Soak.

Marvel Mystery Oil Soak. (Pour a small amount in each cylinder and leave it over night. Next morning stick some rags in each plug hole and absorb as much as possible. Then reinsert plugs/wires and run it hard for a little while. Come back change oil. Heard about this from a friend who says its a great thing with any vehicle. Anybody heard of this? Any opinions? Thanks in advance for all help and information.

Pointless. Take off upper IM, clean it and spray regular paint thinner down LIM. Let it soak. Spray again to wash the rest of the gunk off and make sure valves are clean. If you use a lot, then pump it out of the spark tubes.

Runners will be pretty clean, valves will be spotless and pistons will get cleaned some. Pour a lot in and soak it if you want to clean pistons completely (obviously be sure to pump it out lol).
