What Class are we in
#2
Well, it would most likely be classed with the Accordm, Camry and/or Avalon, Malibu/Cutlass and/or Impala, Grand Prix, Intrepid, & Taurus.
Obviously, we know it's tons better than any of those cars, but it is not considered in the same class with Acura, Lexus, BMW or Audi -- even though it can hold its own against some of them as well.

Very difficult to classify the Max now especially since the Altima was redesigned and with the existance of the I35. The Maxima really is in a state of limbo. The Max is in the same class as Avalon, Diamonte and Millenia. The Diamonte and Millenia are consider Entry level luxuary because their respective companies don't have premium brands like Nissan's Infinite and Toyota's Lexus.

I'll stick with the family sedan label
