Slight shift slippage and jerk

So with my max it will shift pretty good until its almost warmed up, than it starts jerking 1st to 2nd shift, sometimes 2 to 3, some delayed shifting at random times, no noises when it shifts besides when i shift from reverse to drive back and forth a few times. I noticed when i unplugged my drop resistor, i obviously got that 1-2 bang, but it was shifting so perfectly other than the big jerk. i did plug it in cause i aint trying to destroy my trans. Steering wheel also shakes very hard on a cold start, got slightly better after i replaced throttle body. When i unplugged my resisitor, i noticed my driver headlight now randomly dims out and sometimes goes back on. Any help is appreciated, starting to think its something to do with grounds.

Our cars are controlled by a network of sensors, actuators, and computers, so the power and ground distributions better be good.
From my own experience, my transmission got noticeably smoother after I installed the Shinjiduo grounding kit.
