You can't reprogram shift points, but you can make the shifts firmer.
Get a modified valve body for your tranny. There are a few places on here that will exchange yours for a modified one. I can't think of the name, somebody should post it in this thread for you.

my car shifts at 6100-6200 in first gear it holds a bit longer in 2nd and 3rd. if i manual shift it it will go to redline but it delays a bit so when im manual shifting i have to think ahead and shift when the needle is at 6000 in order for it to acctually shift at 6600 or i hit the Limiter (scary) but it would be nice just to have it go all the way to 6600 every time or raise the redline to 7200.
