Infiniti i30 subframe bushings - front suspension

Does anyone know where I can get 2000 infiniti i30 front suspension subframe bushings? They are not the same as Maxima. The difference is the two rear bushings (front suspension) are slightly larger than the front bushings. Maxima is same size all around. ES does not carry these bushings. I have put collars on to make do.

Someone suggested I could squirt polyurethane under pressure to surround the old bushing, or around a smaller Maxima bushing.

So I haven't been able to find new subframe or bushings. As a consequence I've had to engineer some collars.

These are made using large steel and polyurethane washers (sample sheets aquired from PSI Urethanes), and sheet aluminum shims. The challenge is using materials that will not bend under stress and yet not so hard to damage unibody/subframe, and proper snug but not over-tightening.

The next step will be new strut springs to bring height into spec so tie rods will be horizontal (toe not affected by vertical movement) and a stiffer urethane (duro 95).

If anyone is interested I can share more information.

Subframe or do y'all mean engine the cradle that supports the front suspension and that in which the steering rack is mounted to?

The cradle. The FSM calls it the front suspension member.

Yeah all I can find are Juke bushings online. So I believe I'll have to buy a used cradle and maybe trying to fit some poly bushings in these positions.

Let me know how it goes finding bushings. I have tried a few of those places you listed. They do not make them because the quantity does not justify the production and there are liability issues as well.

If the existing bushings are still doing their job to control lateral movement, as mine are, then all you need are collars to control vertical movement. Making bushings that will bond to the subframe may be impossible so you will be faced with essentially building collars into your new bushings.
