I have a Nissan Maxima 2001,twin cam v6 24 valve . My question is where is the egr valve and how do I replace it. If possible show pictures or video on how to replace it . Thank you

 

it's below the throttle body, remove the air intake and you can see it has 2 coolant lines attached to it ...pretty strong 1st post

I think you are confusing it with the IACV valve - the IACV is indeed under the TB.
The 2001 maxima does not have an EGR valve (if you think it does, go and try to find it in the FSM).

 

Maxiiiboy is essentially correct, but there are a few exceptions. Some of the very first 2001 made did have an egr, but it was quickly dropped from production.
If you think you have one of these rare ones, use the 2000 service manual.
