Signal Indicator and Hazard warning switch not flashing

I have a Nissan Maxima 2002 Model. Recently when I turn on the indicator signal either right or left..there is no flashing and sound. Similarly when I switch the hazard switch..no flashing.
What should I do Please help.

There could be a number of things causing this. Most likely there is a connector somewhere that is disconnected. Odds are the hazard light switch is disconnected. This will also render the turn signals useless, as they use the same circuit. You should inspect the back of the switch to see if there is a visible problem. If not, there might be a corroded or damaged wire somewhere.

If not, then the only other possible explanation is that all of your turn signals have burnt out and need replacement. But that is unlikely.

I would start by replacing the flash for they cost about $10US.
