They are TSW Revos, however I think they are slightly different and custom made for Stillen. There are several companies that offer similar rims.

The Revos have a cover that covers the bolt holes for the lug nuts, but the Stillen Maxima picture shows the bolt holes.

Call Stillen and ask to be sure.

center cap

It seems like you said though, the one on the stillen car has no center cap. Anyone know if these were custom made for the stillen car?

If not, does anyone know where this one (without the center cap) can be purchased and it approx weight?

the 17x7's weigh 24.8 http://www.wheelweights.net/ , if you cant find them without the center cap TSW makes different colored centers http://www.tsw.com/new/rsystem.php

Yeah, it's the Revos with the center cap left off, not a custom one for Stealin.
