Fuel Injector Piece

Hi all. Im currently installing headers on my car, therefore removing the intake manifold and doing all the gaskets and o rings. The injectors were a total b***h to remove and took some prying out, and most had an extremely crusty bottom piece that either broke or cant be used again. (see attached pic) my question is, do i need these? or what are they called so i can order new ones. Thanks

Thanks fellas. I figured it was important but really couldnt tell if they were a gasket or o-ring based off of their condition. Cheers!
