Fram Oil Filter (Short or Tall? )

Any Fram Oil Filter users out there? All the local Nissan dealers don't discount their filters anymore so I'm switching over to the orange can.
Compared to the Nissan Filter, they are either taller or shorter. What do you commonly use?

PH7317 (Taller by 3/4 in)
PH6607 (Shorter by 1/2 in)

*Fram EG is now rated at 10k and has a silicone ADBV.

The 6607 is for the 3.5l because they have an oil cooler that puts the filter further out.

I use the 7317 size an all my VQs no issues.

Doesn't matter. I've used both 5th gen and 7th gen WIX filters on mine. One of them is taller than the other, I don't even remember which.

Forgot about the oil cooler. I'll give the taller one a shot.
