Turning an Auto into a 6 speed?

I have an 02 auto and an 02 6 speed. Is it possible to remove both transmissions and make the auto a 6 speed with just swapping the transmissions and the stick ect? The auto needs a new transmission and I have a new clutch for the 6 speed. The auto has a better body and less rust, the manuals rear wheel wells are so rusted out it's embarrassing to drive lol. Is it possible to just transfer everything from the manual to the auto and have it all line up/bolt together with a new clutch or are the insides different? I have the time and the tools to do it if it's possible.

Black is the Auto. Gray is the 6spd.
Any help would be appreciated.

Yes. Relatively easy since you have all the parts.
