Is this a bad motor mount
it's not missing any rubber but it does look old. when in doubt change them all. I highly recommend the energy suspension mount kit for the 2 lower mounts. if your car is automatic you will need to obtain a rear manual engine mount.
the mounts that do most of the work on these cars are the front and rear mounts. if you are thinking about them, it probably is time to replace them. i just replaced my original mounts at 275k miles with Energy suspension bushings and the increased vibrations from the poly mounts were not bad at all, and car drove and shifted like a new car., i would take the extra vibrations for the better feel and performance from them vs stock mushy ones for no vibrations. i daily drive too.
It is a challenging job but not overly difficult. You will have to drop the cross member to get the front and rear mounts out. Once you have the mounts out, the difficult part is getting the old rubber bushings and their surrounding metal cylinders out of the mount frames. It isn't really that hard, but it's tedious. It can be done with a hacksaw.
Once the old rubber bushings are out, you can press in the ES poly bushings with a vice about 90% of the way and a rubber mallet for the remaining 10%.
