Whenever i pull out my dipstick even after i let my engine sit for awhile the oil is to the top of the dipstick. Heard it can be a PCV issue and i’m gonna be installing a Beather Fikter and a catch can some other time. but unsure if it can be another issue

 

Let it sit overnight before checking. If it's to the top, you have too much oil in the pan. It takes 4.2 quarts.

 

I got a breather filter and it somehow fixed it 🤷🏻‍♂️
